Meet The Founder
Samadu Okocha Awudu

Born in Accra, Ghana, Samadu “Oko” Okocha Awudu began playing soccer as a child and was scouted by a German club at seventeen, leading to a professional career across Europe and appearances for Ghana’s national team.

He played in Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and Israel, learning from top coaches and gaining invaluable international experience.

Now, he uses his experience and passion to lead Oko Soccer Academy, helping young players build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the game. The academy welcomes boys and girls of all levels, providing a fun, inclusive environment to grow both on and off the field.

Oko’s mission is to inspire the next generation of footballers to reach their full potential.
